As European Sales Manager at Crystal Instruments, Jordi drives business growth by managing key accounts, building regional sales networks, and delivering tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs. His expertise is in fostering long-term client relationships and aligning cutting-edge technologies with business goals.

Aakash Mange | Product Manager

Aakash Umesh Mange is a Product Manager at Crystal Instruments with over 5 years of experience in modal testing, vibration control, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) testing. He holds a Master's in Automotive Engineering from Kettering University, with a focus on automotive NVH and powertrain analysis. Aakash specializes in experimental modal analysis, data acquisition, and digital signal processing, with expertise in non-contact vibration testing using Digital Image Correlation (DIC). He has contributed to SAE competitions, winning awards such as the Arch T. Colwell Merit Award, and has authored multiple publications and presentations on automotive NVH. Aakash has also worked on significant research projects, including validating tire dynamics for racing vehicles and developing innovative test rigs for tire analysis.
