Malte Grieme is the Director of Product Management Sensors at HBK - Hottinger, Brüel & Kjær. With over five years at HBK, Malte has held key roles, including Head of Product Management Sensors and Product Manager, specializing in strain gauges and sensor technology. He brings a wealth of experience in product management and business development, actively contributing to industry committees focused on strain gauge technology.
DOUG LOVELACE
Doug Lovelace has over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry, specializing in Sound & Vibration solutions. He has worked extensively on large-scale modal tests, vibration analysis, and noise control. Doug currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Hottinger, bringing his deep expertise to help advance the industry.

Stewart Chaperon
Stewart holds a Mechatronic Engineering degree from Tshwane University of Technology. Currently a support engineer at TANDM, he specializes in test and measurement solutions, particularly in strain measurements. With growing demand for condition monitoring in civil structures, his focus has shifted to technologies for effective compliance and safety-enhancing monitoring solutions.
