We recall entering 2025 with doubt in our minds, quite apprehensive of what lay ahead. Now, as we look back on our 2024/2025 financial year, the picture confirms our doubts and remain dominated by the political tensions locally and abroad. Our economy continues to face significant challenges, and uncertainty remains palpable. Looking forward on the coming year, the outlook remains doubtful, but we remain positive, seeing some lights at the end of the tunnel.

This picture just serves as a reminder of how blessed our business has been over the past year, even since inception. Despite the dire outlooks, we were able to achieve our financial and delivery goals. We were also able to welcome several young, bright, and talented individuals into the TANDM family, growing our team beyond our own expectations.

This year, we also achieved a major milestone by purchasing our own office building. The relocation has positioned us for future growth, and we are excited for what is yet to come. We are already working on some exciting new plans to better serve our Test and Measurement Community.

Our challenges stand no chance against a positive approach and a will to bring change. We are excited to keep working hard on expanding our influence, even throughout Africa and beyond.

We are very grateful to have again hosted a very successful TCC25 event. Both our Somerset West and Pretoria events were again well attended, with highly interesting and groundbreaking customer presentations. It is still incredible what our engineers achieve every year. These projects serve as great motivation to keep changing our world. Follow our socials and you’ll see all the highlights.

To all of our partners, this obviously includes our customers: We greatly appreciate your continued and loyal support throughout this past year. Without the support of our Test and Measurement Community, none of these milestones would have been possible. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2026.
